As I currently have a little time, I was surfing on the web last week. Trying to get new, challenging ideas, inspiring dishes that We have never tried before, to astonish my loved ones with. Hunting for quite some time unfortunately could not find any interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I found this tempting and easy dessert simply by accident over Suncakemom. It looked so delightful on its image, it required quick actions.

It was not difficult to imagine the way it is created, how it tastes and how much my hubby will like it. Mind you, it is rather simple to impress the man in terms of cakes. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or maybe he is.Anyhow, I went to the page and then used the simple instuctions that were coupled with superb graphics of the operation. It really makes life quite easy. I could suppose it’s a slight inconvenience to shoot snap shots down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you most often have sticky hands so that i sincerely appreciate the commitment she placed in to build this blogpost and recipe easily followed.

Having said that I am inspired to present my own, personal dishes in a similar way. Thanks for the thought.

I had been tweaking the main recipe create it for the taste of my loved ones. I’ve got to say it had been a terrific outcome. They prized the flavor, the overall look and loved getting a delicacy such as this in the midst of a busy workweek. They basically asked for more, more and more. Thus the next time I’m not going to make the same mistake. I’m gonna double the volume .

Put graham crackers into a mixing bowl and crush them. We can use many other baked goods instead of the crackers. Failed sponge cakes are especially good at this!

Soften butter so we will be able to work with it easier. If butter is hard we can’t mix it well with the crushed crackers.

Add softened butter, cocoa powder, black cherry jam, cherries and berry juice into the bowl too. Mix and dough it until there is a smooth, even dollop.

Get a little amount of the mixture and form walnut size balls out of it. Roll it into the coconut flakes. Make sure the whole ball is covered.

Pop them in the fridge for half an hour.
