As I recently have some time, I had been surfing on the internet last week. Trying to find new, intriguing thoughts, inspirational meals that We have never tested before, to treat my loved ones with. Hunting for a long time but could not find too many interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I ran across this delightful and simple treat by chance. It seemed so yummy on its photos, it called for immediate actions.

It had been not difficult to imagine just how it’s made, its taste and how much boyfriend will probably like it. Mind you, it is very easy to keep happy the man in terms of treats. I was tweaking the initial recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to say it absolutely was a terrific success. They enjoyed the flavor, the consistency and enjoyed having a treat such as this in the midst of a stressful workweek. They quite simply asked for even more, many more. So next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I’m going to multiply the amount .

Preheat oven to 450°F / 250°C

Clean and cut up the cauliflower.

Take the head into small florets.

Get a bowl that’s big enough to house all the cauliflower. Otherwise it needs to be done in batches.

Add paprika, garlic, and mustard. Sour cream can also be used instead or with the mustard.

Put a lid on or get a big enough plate and shake wildly for a couple of minutes.

We have done a great job when all the florets are evenly covered by the paprika.

Place a parchment paper onto a baking tray and space out the coated florets.

Put them into a 450°F / 250°C preheated oven for 20 minutes then start preparing the buffalo sauce.

In a heat resistant cup measure out the butter, paprika and hot sauce.

Melt the butter by placing the cup into the microwave for 30 sec or just put it next to the roasting buffalo cauliflowers for a minute.

After 20 minutes in the oven, take the cauliflowers out.

Brush them with the Buffalo Sauce.

Put them back for another 20 minutes.

Use the remaining Buffalo Sauce as a dip.
