Parfait is such a delight that we can’t only enjoy them as a dessert. Whip up a healthy, delicious, yet hassle free yogurt parfait any time of the day.

As I currently have some time, I had been browsing on the internet yesterday. Trying to get fresh, fascinating tips, inspirational dishes that I have never tasted before, to impress my family with. Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.

Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It’s an optional step that can be completely left out.

Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.
