As I currently have some time, I had been browsing on the internet yesterday. Trying to get fresh, fascinating tips, inspirational dishes that I have never tasted before, to impress my family with. Looking for a while but could not discover too many interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I found this tempting and simple dessert by luck at Suncakemom. It seemed so scrumptious on its snapshot, it required quick actions.
It had been simple enough to imagine the way it is created, its taste and how much boyfriend is going to like it. Mind you, it is rather simple to please the guy in terms of desserts. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or possibly he is.Anyway, I got into the site and followed the comprehensive instuctions that have been combined with superb snap shots of the process. It just makes life much easier. I can suppose it is a bit of a inconvenience to shoot pics down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you will often have sticky hands so I highly appreciate the effort and time she devote to make this post .
With that in mind I am encouraged presenting my very own recipes in a similar fashion. Many thanks for the thought.
I was tweaking the main mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I’ve got to say it had been a great success. They enjoyed the taste, the consistency and loved getting a sweet like this during a stressful workweek. They ultimately demanded even more, many more. So the next time I’m not going to make the same miscalculation. I’m likely to double the quantity to keep them delighted.
The yogurt pafait recipe recipe is from SunCakeMom
Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.
Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It’s an optional step that can be completely left out.
Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.
Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Optionally, make a bigger batch in the oven essentially creating keto granola.
Make the layers with yogurt, berries of choice and the roasted nuts.
