Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread: Pull-Apart Perfection

    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    – 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

    For the Assembly

    3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

    1/3 cup (67g) granulated sugar

    1 teaspoon (5g) salt

    1 cup (240ml) heat milk (110-115°F/43-46°C)

    2 teaspoons (9g) prompt yeast

    1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted

    For the Filling:

    3/4 cup (120g) mild brown sugar

    1 teaspoon (2g) ground cinnamon

    1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, melted

    For the Glaze:

    1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

    1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) milk or melted butter

    1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract

    For the Assembly

    12-cup bundt pan, greased and floured

    parchment paper

    2-3 inch (5-7.5 cm) biscuit cutter

    Instructions

    For the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

    In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar and a pair of teaspoons floor cinnamon. Roll the dough balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them in the ready bundt pan.

    For the Glaze

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GLAZE:

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and ground Cinnamon roll recipe till easy and nicely combined.

    2. Pour the glaze over the good and cozy monkey bread and let it drizzle down the edges, coating the entire items.

    3. Serve the monkey bread warm, with additional glaze for dipping, if desired.

    3. Add the flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring until a dough types. The dough will be sticky.
    4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, till easy and elastic.
    5. Place the dough in a frivolously greased bowl, cowl with plastic wrap, and let rise in a heat place for 1 hour, or till doubled in measurement.

    For the cinnamon filling:

    1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

    For the glaze:

    1. In a small bowl, whisk collectively the confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.

    To assemble the monkey bread:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 levels F (175 levels C).
    2. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
    3. Punch down the dough and divide it into 36 equal items.
    4. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and dip it in the cinnamon filling.
    5. Place the dough balls in the ready baking pan, nestling them close collectively.
    6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    7. Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with the glaze.
    8. Serve heat.
