Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 egg
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 droppers full peppermint stevia
1/4 cup water plus 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Grease a 7 ounce ramekin and pour batter into dish.
Microwave 2 minutes or until a toothpick in center comes out clean or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15minutes.
