As I recently have a little time, I had been searching on the internet last week. Looking for fresh, interesting ideas, inspirational recipes that I have never used before, to amaze my family with. Hunting for a long time yet could not discover any interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this fabulous and simple treat by chance over Suncakemom. It looked so delightful on its photo, that required prompt actions.

It had been simple enough to imagine how it’s created, its taste and just how much my hubby will want it. Actually, it is very simple to delight the guy when it comes to desserts. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyway, I went to the webpage and followed the simple instuctions that had been combined with wonderful snap shots of the method. It really makes life quite easy. I could suppose it is a slight effort to shoot photos in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may ordinarily have sticky hands therefore i seriously appreciate the hard work she devote to make this post .

That being said I am inspired to present my own recipes similarly. Many thanks the concept.

I had been fine tuning the main mixture create it for the taste of my family. I have to tell you it had been a terrific success. They enjoyed the flavor, the consistency and loved having a treat like this in the middle of a lively workweek. They basically wanted more, more and more. Thus next time I am not going to commit the same miscalculation. I’m likely to multiply the amount .

Place the blueberries and any optional fruit or vegetable into the food processor.

Add the yogurt and blend everything together.

Taste the smoothie and add the optional banana or any sweetener if desired. Add milk, water or fruit juice if the smoothie seems too thick.

Place the blueberry smoothie in the fridge or serve it immediately.


For a vegan smoothie yogurt can be substituted with almond butter or almond milk.
