I was tweaking the original formula create it for the taste of my family. I must say it absolutely was a great success. Take apart the cauliflower into florets.
Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until soft. For a bit of fun stir -fry them on butter in a pan until golden brown spots appear here and there. Although searing the cauliflower will ruin the perfect whiteness of the mash but it provides additional flavor.
Mash the cauliflower a bit then add the rest of the ingredients.
Finish mashing it to desired texture.
