Looking for something tasty yet quick to prepare? Egg salad avocado is as fulfilling as delicious that will nourish the body and keep our spirits high!

As I most recently have a little time, I had been surfing on the internet a few days ago. Trying to find new, fascinating tips, inspirational meals that We have never tasted before, to surprise my family with. Looking for a long time but couldn’t discover lots of interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I found this tempting and easy dessert by luck at Suncakemom. The dessert seemed so mouth-watering on its photos, that required quick action.

It had been simple enough to imagine just how it’s made, how it tastes and just how much my hubby will like it. Mind you, it is rather easy to keep happy the man when it comes to cakes. Anyway, I got into the webpage and followed the step-by-step instuctions that were accompanied by impressive images of the procedure. It really makes life rather easy. I could imagine that it is a slight effort to take photos in the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you normally have gross hands and so i pretty appreciate the time and effort she devote to build this post and recipe conveniently followed.

With that in mind I am inspired presenting my personal recipe in a similar way. Many thanks for the concept.

I was tweaking the initial formula to make it for the taste of my family. I’ve got to say it absolutely was an awesome outcome. They loved the flavor, the overall look and enjoyed having a delicacy such as this in the middle of a busy workweek. They quite simply asked for more, a lot more. So next time I’m not going to make the same miscalculation. I am going to double the amount .

Thanks to SunCakeMom for the tasty egg salad with avocado recipe.

Place the eggs into water and bring the water to boil on high heat. When the water starts to boil reduce the heat and continue to cook the eggs until the inside is completely hardened. The whole process shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes. If the eggs are fresh add a half teaspoon of baking soda to the water. It will help taking the shell off the eggs.

While the eggs are cooking prepare the rest of the ingredients like the onion if used and the avocados.

If mayonnaise is used and in doubt how to make it at home, find detailed instructions at our Low carb condiments section.

Cool the eggs and peel them. If we are lucky then we can peel the eggs quickly by shaking them in the pot with some cold water and the lid on.

Cut the eggs up into 6 to 12 pieces and place them into a bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients in then fold everything carefully together.
